That was not the squad car Andy and Opie were pushing, it was Barneys car. Barney said "so tampering with a vechicle huh" oddly enough the squad car was not in that scene. There was one female who smoked in Mayberry. She was the lady prisioner that Andy and Barney both fell for and fought over who would stay at the courthouse and watch her. Remember Barney running to the desk to get a book of matches?
