Hey, Mayberry friends. I want to go to the Troy, NC Mayberry event Aug.7 (about 70 miles from home) but my wife says no. She wrongly claims that I spend too much time and money on Mayberry related endeavors. I'll just have to sweet talk her and charm her and woo her with my ways. Maybe if I sing "eatin' goober peas", she'll relent.
