OK, Ken, if it is illegal to hunt night crawlers after dark and they're called night crawlers cause they don't come out in the day time, does that mean that would be illegal to have night crawlers under any circumstances because the only way you would have had to obtain night crawlers would be at night which would be illegal - therefore, not only is it illegal to hunt them, it would also be a crime to caught in possession of said contraband.
