Dongratulations to our own Jeff Branch, Howard Sprague tribute artist, for his
accomplishment. He was named the 2011 Ralph Robinson N.C. D.A.R.E. Officer of
the Year. Dep. Branch is a DARE Officer with the Montgomery Co. Sheriff's
Office with 15 plus years as a DARE Officer. He was presented the award on
January 14, 2011 in at Atlantic Beach, N.C.
Congratulations Howard, great job!!!
