I thought I remembered Barney saying "Countess Vantelecky" also, but during the scene where Andy was explaining everything to Helen at her house, he said "Come on, Mrs. Taylor". Helen said, "Oh, then we ARE getting married!" To which Andy replied, "Just in case the count's listening". So I'm thinking it was a Count, not a Countess. Was "Iz" his first name? His nickname? Short for Isadore, or Israel, or something foreign, perhaps. Interesting!
