I think I've found a new sighting of Nice Dress Nellie on TAGS! In the very opening scene of "The Return of Barney Fife" (episode 176), Nice Dress Nellie is seen walking behind Floss, Aunt Bee and Helen right after Andy asks Floss if the class reunion sign is hung straight. You all check it out and see whether you think it's Nellie or not. She has a very distinctive hairstyle. I notice this episode is not listed on Nellie's website from the Mayberry Historical Society at http://www.mayberry.info/history/index.php?title=Nellie, so I hope this is a new episode to add to her credit. I didn't see "Lawman Barney" on this list either (thanks to Don Good for spotting that).
I noticed a potential blooper on "The Return of Barney Fife" too. At the end of the episode Andy and Barney drive back to Andy's house after the class reunion and the sun is still shining. Yet earlier Barney asks Andy what time it is when Thelma Lou arrives at the reunion at 10:30 pm. It would realistically be at least 11:00 pm by the time Andy and Barney would be leaving the reunion, so the sun should have set a couple of hours earlier, even in the summer. It makes ya thank!
