I don't know if the line was actually scripted, but the actor Alan Hale, Jr. also as the Skipper, on Gilligan called Gilligan. I thought pretty neat. About the extras and supporting actors they did not usually associate. Which to me makes sense since there were times they interacted in scenes. Like when Barney arrested the town or when Andy was looking at the car and Barney came by mad , or when the siren wouldn't stop running. and extras usually waited around in different areas than the main group. In Lawman, Thelma Lynn had a few lines in an episode and had a baby. I don't think she was considered a co star or guest even though she got a credit. Anyone have more information on how the contract system worked back then?
