I am reading one of the Cackleclub Mystery Books by Laura Childs. It takes place in a small town and on a cold winter night someone is murdered. The perpetrator strung a piece of wire across a snowmobile trail and beheaded a leading citizen. Police Chief Doogie is trying to figure out where someone would get the idea to kill someone using this method. Now I sure hope old Doogie is not a TAGS fan; otherwise he may have seen "Barney's Sidecar" and he could remember Aunt Bee suggesting that they do the very same thing to Barney. She could end up being the number one suspect.
