You didn't say if the overnight guest list had to be of the human persuasion..... There's the three birds, Opie's bird Dickie that flew the coop, his assorted fauna and lest we forget the worm in the apple and Blackie, Opie's imaginary horse. Oh, and then there's the drunk rooster, or was it a chicken? Where did he/she end up when Mr. Frisby was hauled off to the lock up?
What is ironic is that of all the people and non humans that availed themselves of the generosity of the Taylor domicile Barney was not one of them. Even when he got kicked to the curb by his landlord, he stayed in the back room of the court house. Why Andy never offered his hospitality to his best friend makes a body curious.....curious.....
