One other character I'd thought of whose brother we see is Arnold Bailey's younger brother. When Arnold and Opie are trying to take care of the foundling baby, Arnold mentions observing his mother care for his baby brother.
One other possibility is in the episode where Opie and Billy are competing for a job at the grocery store. Billy says that his family has some bills and "we're all supposed to help out," implying that he has siblings at home.
