Anyone caught this blooper before? In "Barney's Replacement", 1961 episode, Barny quits (what's new?) and is replaced. Barney tries selling vacuums door to door and the replacement gets Andy to charge Barney with violating the "Green River Ordinance of 1924". This is a blooper as while there was such an ordinance passed by Green River, WY, it was passed on 16th day of November, 1931.
