I opened our newspaper this morning only to find a very offensive editorial cartoon that besmirched the name of Fife. It showed a picture of the White House with a sign on the gate indicating that it was being protected by Fife Security. What kind of message is that to young people who idolize Barney Fife. Why newspapers like that should be banned in this country. Just because the Secret Service is inept, that doesn't give them the right to besmirch the name of Fife.
