Hey, Mayberry friends. Tonight while watching 'Superman' on MeTV, I spotted some interesting things. Clark Kent and Lois Lane traveled to a small town to do some investigative reporting, and the town looked strikingly like Mayberry. I'm almost certain I saw All Souls Church and the entrance to the courthouse. I say almost because I may be wrong. Also, Fred Goss (Fred Sherman) and Aunt Nora (Maudie Prickett) played supporting roles. The plot concerned some crooks trying to empty the town so they could capitalize on some type of mineral underground. I didn't catch the title of the episode so maybe one of our trained noticers can help me out. Anyway, it sure looked peculiar to me.
One more thing: when we see an actor that appeared on TAGS on a later TV show or movie we call them alumni. Just what do you call that actor that appears in something pre-TAGS? Just being curious.
