Well, I thought I'd try Ken Anderson's recipe for cooking a possum since it was a good bit different in how we fix a possum down here in the South. Ken calls for a pot with a tight lid. Maybe that's where I went wrong and didn't use a tight enough lid because as soon as I turned my back, that possum crawled out and took off.
