My regular nightcap was in the clothes hamper so I had to sleep with a bucket on my head and whilst I was sleeping I thought of some more Mayberry folks who went on to other TV gigs.
Bob Denver, the first Dud Wash, went on to become Gilligan on Gilligan's Island. Big Jeff Pruitt went on with Dud to become the Skipper on Gilligan's Island. Mrs. Wiley moved to Mayfield and became Beaver's principal, Mrs. Rayburn. Earl Gilly went back in time and became a POW on Hogan's Heroes. Mary Grace moved teamed up with her brother Ralph and starred on Green Acres. Fred Boone moved onto TV by becoming the Maytag Repair Man. -- Ken Anderson The Mayberry Guru 2906 May Street Eau Claire, Wisconsin 54701 www.themayberryguru.com www.mayberryreflections.com _______________________________________________ WBMUTBB mailing list [email protected] http://www.mayberry.com/tagsrwc/wbmutbb/
