I remember a color episode where Andy, Aunt Bee and Opie traveled with Goober to the state capital for a gas station owners meeting or something to that effect. Near the end when they stopped for gas, Andy and Goober were standing outside of the car and a Coors beer truck drove by behind them. Any one who may have knowledge of adult beverages knows that in the 60's, Coors was illegal east of the Mississippi River. Hence the plot for Smokey and the Bandit filmed in the 70's.
