I had not caught the part about the warrant being served to the wrong person. I will have to watch that. But I did notice that Bob could have made a "Citizens Arrest" at the end when Barney tears up the ticket he gave Bob for parking in a spot only for authorized vehicles, and since he wasn't a deputy any longer he didn't qualify. That's when Barney tears up the ticket and throws it on the street. Clearly a case of being a "Litterbug".
