While watching the episode of "Andy and the Gentleman Crook", I noticed that Gentleman Dan boasted that he got his cigars a little man in Cuba. This tells me he only favors the best. Later, when Barney is going out, he asks Dan if there's anything he can get. Dan says he could use some cigars.
