I was watching the episode with Frank Myers and his Confederate Bond on Pluto TV so I didn't have a chance to rewind the part at the end. Did Andy say that Frank had money to pay off his taxes after the bank president revealed that the Confederate Bond was worthless? If I'm correct then where did Frank Myers get his money?
