That makes no sense….at all…not a lick!!! The Darlings, Ernest T. and Malcolm are endearing characters and who doesn’t just love them all? Now, if he had said that Warren guy and his “Huh, huh, huh?” schtick, I might have agreed with him. But who doesn’t love the down home, country-fied folks who were non-actual residents of Mayberry? Might as well put up a wall and keep them ALL out, including the mean ole criminals. He better not show up at Mayberry Days…Charlene will supply Ernest T. with all the rocks he needs to chase that interloper.
