Favoritism in Mayberry ? Sometimes it doesnt help a Mayberry fan to have all those episodes swimming around in his head. On the Loaded Goat episode you can see Opie ride his bike on the sidewalk as he tells his dad and Barney where he saw Mr Hutchisons goat. I suppose you can tell where this is going already if your a fan. What about the spoiled kid Arnold Winkder ? Why did he receive a bad wrap with the law while riding his bike on the sidewalk yet Opie's neglect of the law is not mentioned ? Favoritism ? If only Arnold could have crossed paths with attorney Neil Bentley !
