Thank you, Harriet, for replying to my post. Yes you're right, lots of no no's going on in that episode. If Barney found out what was going on you could be assured half the town would be in jail including the Mayor. I'm not surprised so much for Andy following his heart and not his head since Andy ( like Barney ) has so much kindness behind those eyes.
