Friday night I was watching MeTV as I often do, I mean who can stand to
watch this modern stuff. At 1730 they showed TAGS, the one where Gomer dances
with Mary Grace. Just 3 short hours later they showed Gomer Pyle, USMC.
In this episode Gomer has to escort the Colonel's daughter to a military dance.
The Colonel was Mr. McBeevee by the way. Any hoo, about half way through
this dance, Gomer says the exact same thing about his date that he said about
Mary Grace, "She's nice, she's real nice."
