Sid, I'm not sure I understand what your asking me.  If I do understand you
question, then I'm trying to automate as much as possible a procedure we do
manually now.  We're converting data from a competitor's data to our own
format for new customers who are switching to our product.  Thankfully,
business is picking up, and we'd like to speed up the process.  One of our
competitors uses FoxPro dbf's.  We want to convert the data into Access
tables, then proceed with the conversion.

Todd, Jon, the sources (and code) you recommend do help, thank you.  I'm
about to try them in a moment.  They make more sense than what I'm trying to
do.  I'll let you all know how I make out!
