Hi Jac,

If you have Photoshop it's really easy. I have version 5.5. Double click a
color swatch in the tools bar to open the "color picker". Choose a color or
type in you CMYK values then click on "Custom". In this window you'll find a
drop down list with a number of color systems including Pantone. Choose
"Pantone coated" to give you a similar look to what your seeing on screen,
and the Pantone number will be display for you CMYK color.
