I don't worry about web safe colors. I figure if someone is using a
browser that is limited to 256 colors then they are used to things not
always looking quite right. Even my oldest 14" monitor displays more
than that.

the web. I usually use an adaptive pallette in Photoshop when saving
jpgs for the web. Are web safe colors still as much of a concern now as
they were with older browsers and older computers?
