Computers are incapable of *knowledge* management -
only *humans* can have *knowledge*!  Computers
are great at *information* management, but it is
impossible for a computer to manage *knowledge* since
it is impossible for a computer to 'know' or possess
'knowledge'.

The use of the phrase 'knowledge management' for a
computer process was probably initiated by an
illiterate marketing person with no *knowledge*
of the meaning of "knowledge"; nor any understanding
of a computer's limitations.
