How can i apply a wscript in asp page can we have a vbs file in in the include section of the file can we do that

That's the only real way you'd be able to do it - at the end of the day, ASP is a *server-side* scripting language, which outputs standard HTML to the browser. ASP on it's own cannot read a user's hard-drive. Do you have a *very* good reason for wanting your code to be able to read a user's hard drive? Most users would never agree to this - I never accept ActiveX controls or anything like that anyway.
