Sorry Ben, I gave the wrong impression. I was just attempting to say that it was a valid worry, and we were already seeking advice and preparing to entice 'the real one' into being nice to us. It was a fair point for you to make and I took it as friendly advice.
I am genuinely interested in thoughts on the subject. The only real challenge that I can think of might be 'passing off' and there is no way we are doing that. It is no more than parody. Of course it is also cross border, which complicates. But if they seriously objected I reckon we would have to bow to the big bucks. That is why I would be happy to learn if there might be any other grounds on which we are vulnerable. Also keen to have comment on all aspects of the site. Again, sorry for being too cryptic.
