Michael,

I am sure you are right on this.   What i am thinking is that by putting
pressure on the seach engines the most obvious cases coud be dealt with just
by a few letters back and forth.

Really the law is only of use where there is substantial damage involved.
But the good name of the seach engines has to do with keeping their results
and their databases as pure as possible.   I am sure they already monitor
things with that in mind.   It is just a case of getting them to add this
kind of misuse to their frequent checks.
