The eFax number we had was a UK one anyway(we're based in UK), & clients would have had to fax to a UK phone number when we used a 'normal' fax number.Never had any complaints - but most of our overseas contacts are in the other direction anyway: Japan/India/Israel/Singapore & Europe rather than US.
It was the quantity of junk faxes we received (even after signing up to the fax preference service) that persuaded me to ditch the fax machine altogether - couldn't see the point of paying out for paper for it 95% of which was going straight from machine into the shredder for dog-bedding Franni >I see the good to keep eFax number for YAC number is UK-based.
