I like the banner on the top and the combination of the red and cream colours.
However, I dislike having to scroll both horizontally and vertically (IE5 at 800 X 600), perhaps it could be narrowed. There also seems to be a lot of space under the last lines of copyright, contact etc. I know it's under construction but the link to St George's was showing up but never reached the page.
