It'll take 15 floppies maximum to back that up (probably a lot less if
you're not taking any OS files), you could do it in less time than it would
take to physically swap the drives, and you have the added bonus of being
able to hang onto the floppies for backup purposes.

Best bet is a Parallel Port driven Zip Drive, if you can get your hands on one. :) The whole 20 meg drive fits on the smallest 100 meg zip disk with room to spare! And, the drive usually works with older computers as well as newer ones.
