I'm with One and One (http://www.oneandone.co.uk/) with a dedicated server, and they've been good so far. Their connectivity is excellent. I've performed downloads on my server (updating sofware etc) and seem around 7Mb/sec on it before. It got Slashdotted recently, but held up to the strain fine and the site remained quick and responsive. They do a fair variety from very basic (and very cheap) packages, right up to high-end servers.
