Such things make one feel sometimes dumb and humble. Besides, they needlessly waste so much time :-(.
I did't see it either until I copy and pasted the code into my code editor and tried to run it. The editor found the problems, not me. A good editor will save you lots of time and fustration. I used XEmacs for a long time, and still do for Perl, but a few months ago I bought one of the Zend products just for PHP - http://www.zend.com/ They are expensive but worth every penny.
