Jan, I believe that in her original message she stated that the content in question was not under her control, but rather was framed content from elsewhere which might or might not contain elements which resulted in scrollbar instantiation. Unfortunately, although there are settings for other elements (divs, etc.) which can independently control V/H scrollbar generation, all the docs I have found so far indicate that for frames you basically have three choices: Yes, No, Auto, none of which permit independent V/H control.
