Ken, AFAIK, that's a client side setting dependant on the browser. This poses no problem though, since you'll be printing invoices from a limited number of locations, all under your clients direct control (presumably). So... just get in and fidget around with your browsers print settings (in IE and FireFox, it's "Page Setup..." under "File") and do the same for your clients machines :)
