I guess the rationale is that they don't have a web server and don't want to go 
through the process of setting one up -- and they don't want it hosted 
elseshere.

They have an exchange server and want to use Access as the back-end database 
and an Outlook folder as the front-end.

I imagine it is theoretically possible (although I am wondering if there are 
RDBMS capabilities within Exhcnage server than may be exploited?)

Anyway -- rather than tell them to go find a clue -- I want to see if this can 
actually be delivered as requested...
