Should be:

I'm trying to change the IE shortcut icon and using

<LINK REL="shortcut icon" href="/icons/ims.ico">

Also tried
<LINK REL="icon" href="/icons/ims.ico">

That doesn't seem to be working. I've cleared the cache and still nothing.
