I think this guy clearly over-reacted. He's opened himself up to a lawsuit. The person he names, Shayna McCollough, has contacted him, publicly even, has offered to work with him, and has warned him that he could be sued. Yet he continues to rant.
Shayna is correct in that there is much more involved in building the site than just the design, and that the design can easily be changed. It almost sounds like he likes the attention he's getting being the 'wronged party', and would prefer to continue to rant than to try to fix the problem.
