You have a workgroup not a network. No server, no network. The machines have to be made aware of each other and resources have to be properly shared. Here's a good how to which will work for wireless: http://computer.howstuffworks.com/home-network.htm Do it step-by-step for what you have. I'd suggest reading it through before starting.
