You have such interesting problems, Riva.

Are you saying she has a u3 with Migo on it? That arrangement is new
to the market. Haven't seen it much less used it. If she is trying to
use a Migo drive to sync a separate u3, I don't think that will work.
Migo is a portable profile and data system. u3 is a protable app and
data system. The two are now being combined by some vendors. If she
has the combined system, a call to tech support would seem in order.

She could have something on the u3 which isn't playing nice with the
laptop. It's hard to guess without knowing what's on the u3. Best
general advice would be to uninstall and reinstall the wireless card.
And to check her settings for remote desktop on the laptop, in
particular which users are allowed to use remote.

Really interesting stuff that u3.
