A house (or other building depending on what area of real estate), a deed
and a quill.

One that's popular (lawyer-wise) is the Scale of Justice, then there's a
gavel but those are kind of lawyer-lawyer not so much real estate lawyer but
on a small scale in the logo might work. How about a real estate "for sale"
sign in the mix? Maybe try Googling for real estate attorneys/lawyers and
viewing some sites maybe and I'll be you'll find something useful. The roof
of a house and a Scale of Justice maybe?
