Might I suggest you look at the resources on http://gawds.org which is the
site for the Guild of Accessible Web Designers as well as WebAIM
http://webaim.org If you are interested in accessibility either of those
groups will have information for you. Then of course there is always the Web
Accessibility Initiative of the W3C http://www.w3.org/WAI/
 
Cynthia Says is the best automated online checker but it suffers the
limitations of even the best accessibility checkers. Don't forget
http://section508.gov
