If you're using PHP, you could have a link in the email as follows:

Your PHP could then read the GET variables (in an array as $_GET[]) and from 
this populate the form as it writes it out to the page:

echo "<input type=\text\" name=\"ff1\" value=\"".$_GET['ff1']."\" />";

etc.

I'm sure some of the MS experts on the list will  be able to provide you with 
the same thing using ASP.
