Firstly, welcome to the wdvltalk list;
Secondly, I would suggest you be a bit more specific on what kind of
advice and tips you're after - there's a lot of information to learn :)
Googling will get you lots of useful advice, but feel free to ask
questions - there's a lot of knowledgeable people here who can help.
Just asking for advice and tips is a bit general however!
