I am doing as little configuring as possible here

but although I believe I have followed instructions I cannot get
the logo to appear. The holding image has disappeared, so I
assume the script is picking up the instruction in
LocalSettings.php.
Below are parts of the puzzle ;-).
What am I (inevitably) doing wrong?
