Ok, fixed most things. The erros was that in imap-local.conf unixhierarchysep was no and in imap.conf set to yes, so changed all to yes, removed all folders, reacreated and it works. You also had a typo. Wrong: createmailbox user\imran.aziz Correct: createmailbox user/imran.aziz Check current state now and play around.
