I just configured a server on SuSE 9.3 with multiple domains. Worked out of the box with web-cyradmin and its excellent documentation!
Users log in with fistname.lastname.mydomain.com. Squirrelmail wonderfully gets along with this, all mails get sent with the original sender adress: Users do no have to modify their settings. Right now I am evaluating IMP. No problems with user login. But the Default Address of a new user appears as fistname.lastname.mydomain.com@ When the user updates its preferences everything works fine and mails get deliverd. But I don't want the users to have to modify their preferences by hand. Does anybody on this list know the trick to get IMP to work in the desired way?
