Thank you for the hint, but this does not solve my problem. My users are 
users, they don't want to change something in their configuration to be able 
to delete a message. They want that a message that does not fit into the 
mailbox is rejected to the sender.
I understand them, what about the following scenario?

"[EMAIL PROTECTED]" has 50 MB space in his mailbox, 20 MB of them are already 
in 
use, so he has 30 MB for mails to receive. No he gets a mail from a friend 
who does not care about bandwith. The mail has an attachment of 35MB. The 
mail will be received, but he is not able to receive more messages, and this 
is the problem.
